Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower, fortified with specially prepared & extracted flower.
Suggested Use
Infuse 1 - 2 teabags in hot water (not boiling) for 2 - 10 minutes. Use up to three times daily between meals. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired.
