Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped? Usually, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends or public holidays. We are closed for 10 days over the Christmas and New Year period. Please be patient, we'll get your order to you as soon as we can.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping will be calculated at checkout, but generally it's $8.00 for urban areas and $9.00 for rural areas anywhere in New Zealand. International shipping is calculated based on destination.
How long is shipping? Shipping is 1 - 3 working days for urban NZ addresses. Please allow an extra 2 - 3 days for rural delivery.
Can I have my order sent to my office? Yes, we recommend delivery to workplaces if no one will be at home during the day as all orders require a signature. Please add the business name to the address.
Do you ship Internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. The cost of international shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on the weight of the order. International orders require up to 10 working days for shipping.

Can I cancel my online order? Provided we haven’t shipped your order yet we can cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please ring us ASAP on +64 3 358 7899 or email us at customerservice@nznutritionals.co.nz with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I return a product? If you need to return a product, please email customerservice@nznutritionals.co.nz. Provided the product is in a condition suitable for resale we can issue a full credit.
