Sleep Formula is a calming formulation containing herbs, vitamins and minerals that help maintain healthy nervous system function, particularly relaxation. These nutrients help support sleep onset and sleep maintenance that are often troubled by nervous tension, stress and anxiety.

• Valerian, hops, passiflora (passion flower) and skullcap support the calming of the nerves, particularly during stress.
• Magnesium is important for utilisation energy in our bodies. This mineral supports relaxation and stress relief.
• 5-HTP supports the production of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which normalises mood and sleep.
• B Vitamins niacinamide, calcium pantothenate and pyridoxine maintain normal blood pressure and fat levels, energy levels and neural function.
• Inositol helps maintain normal mental health.

Ingredients

At the time of manufacture each tablet contained: Valerian 1000mg, Hops 600mg, Passiflora 500mg, Skullcap 200mg, Magnesium (Citrate) 125mg, Calcium (Citrate) 100mg, 5-HTP 60mg, Niacinamide (B3) 25mg, Calcium Pantothenate (B5) 20mg, Pyridoxine HCl (B6) 15mg, Inositol 10mg. This product contains tableting aids. Herbal extracts used.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1-3 tablets daily, one hour before bedtime, or as professionally recommended.
