Snickers Protein Pancakes

What better way to start the day than with feel good food, that's good for you too! Pancakes are the ultimate breakfast (or anytime of the day) food, and rest assured these Snickers Protein Pancakes are guilt-free superfood you won't want to put down.

Ingredients

1 serve Plantiful Protein Choc Delight
1 egg
Pinch salt
1/2 cup oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water
1 Tsp baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup chocolate chips

    Method⁠

    1. Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender and mix. ⁠
    2. Cook one side of the pancake, sprinkle chocolate chips on uncooked side of pancake and FLIP!⁠
    3. Top with banana, peanut butter and maple syrup to serve.
