Raw Coconut Mango Beauty Cheesecake Slice⁠

Base

1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup almonds
3/4 cup Medjool dates
1 tsp coconut oil

Topping⁠

1 cup coconut cream⁠
1 cup cashew nuts⁠
1/4 cup coconut cil⁠
1/4 cup rice malt myrup⁠
2 tbsp Collagen Pantry Beauty Greens Juicy Mango 

Method⁠

  1. Blend base ingredients in a food processor until a fine crumb form. Press into a lined tray and set aside.
  2. Press into a tray, set in the fridge for 30 minutes⁠.⁠
  3. Blend all topping ingredients in a blender and pour over base.⁠
  4. Set in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for 3 hours. Yum!
