Raw Coconut Mango Beauty Cheesecake Slice
Base
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup almonds
3/4 cup Medjool dates
1 tsp coconut oil
Topping
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup coconut cil
1/4 cup rice malt myrup
2 tbsp Collagen Pantry Beauty Greens Juicy Mango
Method
- Blend base ingredients in a food processor until a fine crumb form. Press into a lined tray and set aside.
- Press into a tray, set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Blend all topping ingredients in a blender and pour over base.
- Set in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for 3 hours. Yum!
