Hemp & Basil Pesto

Ingredients

½ cup hemp seeds
1 tbsp Hemp Seed Protein
1 garlic clove
2 cups chopped kale leaves
2 cups chopped basil leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

Blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Store in an air-tight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Serve with salads, pasta, crackers, home-made pizza & more!
