Mistletoe is not just for Christmas! This herb has been used as a health tonic in Europe for thousands of years. Mistletoe tea helps support immune function, normal blood pressure, inflammation control and heart health. This tea is slightly sweet and woody.
Steep 1 teaspoon of herb in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Cool, strain and drink. Take up to two times daily. Alternately a cold infusion can be made by soaking 2-4 teaspoons of herb in two cups of water overnight. Drink first thing in the morning and make another batch during the day and drink at bedtime. Sweeten with honey if desired.
