Lemon grass Tea
Lemon Grass is an aromatic grass used in Asian cooking and perfumes and is well known for its lemony taste with a hint of ginger. This popular herb is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Lemon grass can be taken before or after meals to supports digestion and appetite. This herb is traditionally used to support healthy blood pressure levels and maintain inflammation control and normal stress levels.
Steep 1 teaspoon of herb in a cup of boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Cool, strain and drink. Take several times daily.
