CHIA SEEDS: Mix 1 tablespoon into foods such as cereals, porridge, yoghurt, smoothies, sauces and salad dressings. Alternatively they can be added to water or juice, when added to liquids the chia seeds will swell and form a gel like substance.
PLANTIFUL PROTEIN: Mix 35g (approx. 2 scoops) into 250ml-400ml chilled water or plant based milk. Enjot anytome of the day, up to twice a day. Also tastes great added to smoothies or when used in cooking.
FLAXSEED OIL: Adults: Take 1-2 tablespoons (15ml-30ml) daily. Ideal for smoothies, salad dressings, sauces and spreads.
