Guar Gum is a thickening and stabilizing agent which is made from the Guar beans. Add it to your baking, jams, sauces and soups to help improve thicken the food and improve the texture.
Guar Gum Powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon (1.4g) to your cooking as required. Guar gum is best sprinkled into the food in 1/4 teaspoon increments as you stir well. Replace flour with Guar Gum by using 1/16th of what the recipe calls for.
