Couch Grass Tea
Couch Grass is rich in mucilage and polysaccharides. This herb supports urine flow, bladder and kidney health. The high mucilage content of Couch Grass helps maintain a health respiratory tract.
Steep ½ - 1 teaspoon of herb in a cup of boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and drink. Take up to two times daily.
Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Avoid Couch Grass if you have swelling caused by heart or kidney problems.
