ALKALISING GREENS: Mix 10g (1 heaped teaspoon) of Morlife Alkalising Greens into water, juice, smoothies or food. Can be used up to 4 times daily. For first time users, start with 1 tsp. a day and gradually increase. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
LIVA DETOX: Mix 10g (1 heaped tbsp.) of Berry Clean Liva Detox into water, juice or smoothies. Ideally, take in the morning, can be used up to twice daily. For first time users, consider starting with 1 level tbsp. and gradually increase.
