At the time of manufacture each capsule contained: Slippery Elm (Inner Bark) 300mg (with a fibre content of approximately 70%). This product contains encapsulating aids.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules two to three times daily with a glass of water, or as professionally recommended.
